Petals Network guarantees the freshness, quality and value of every flower order. Each floral arrangement is created by a florist in the recipient’s area to ensure they receive beautiful flowers in the best condition.

Every effort will be made to meet the delivery date requested as well as preferred arrival times, depending upon the nature of the order. Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Petals Network florist who delivered the order.
